To use a promo code, just type it into the “Offer Code” field during checkout. BTW, promo codes are case sensitive. Type them in exactly as they appear so you can get the deal. Sorry, only one per order.

Order Status

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Smashbox Online orders.

When you click on Order Status you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note: Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations

Let’s say you placed an order, then changed your mind. It happens! Call us at 1-888-763-1361. We’ll do our very best to catch the order before it ships. 

Occasionally, orders or portions of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, including:

•One or more items are not available 
•Difficulty processing payment information
•We can’t ship to the address provided
•A duplicate order was placed
•Cancelation due to customer request

If your order is canceled, you’ll receive an email notice explaining why. Don’t worry—you won’t be billed for any canceled items. If you’d like to place a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, dial 1-888-763-1361. We’re excellent listeners.

Out of Stock/Backordered Items

Let’s say the item you’re obsessed with is out of stock when you order. Don’t stress! We’ll send an email to let you know the expected shipping date. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available—and we never charge you until it ships. P.S. The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Want to cancel a backordered item? No biggie. Just call us at 1-888-763-1361 to hit the brakes.

Maximum Purchase Policy

Don’t you hate it when people hog all the good cosmetics? That’s why we limit orders to no more than 6 units of any one item and 14 total items per transaction. There’s a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. If you’re part of Smashbox Pro, you’re limited to no more than 3 units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. (Is this totally breaking your heart? Call us at 1-888-763-1361 to talk it out.)

Sales Tax

Smashbox Online Canada is required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to all Canadian provinces and territories. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us.

Auto Delivery

When you order the Replenishment Service, you’ll automatically receive a new shipment of the item in intervals you select. We’ll charge your credit card for each order (including taxes) only when the item is shipped. The price you will be charged is the cost of the item on the day of your first order. All auto replenishment orders receive free shipping. We will provide you with notice of the next shipment before we charge your credit card and you may cancel or change your auto replenishment interval at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will be effective on any remaining unprocessed orders.

To start the Replenishment Service for this product, choose a delivery schedule during the checkout process. You’ll be asked to provide a shipping address, credit card and billing address. Once the order is placed, your first shipment will be processed and your Replenishment Service will be activated. We will process your second shipment at the interval you select starting on the date of your first order.
